So what is Mixed Reality and how does it work?
Previously only accessible by Hollywood film producers, Mixed Reality combines the real world with a virtual world. The virtual world is created using the latest visual effects, 3D design and animations and is combined with the physical world in real time. In the Carolina Panthers example the real world is the football stadium with people in the stands, players and officials on the field and the virtual world is the huge Panther ripping down flags. The two worlds are combined in real time on the big screen at the game.

We’ve seen similar examples including AR Fan-Cam but clearly the Panthers example signals the next trend in Fan Experiences that Catalyst can deliver.
